My First Blog Ever!

Hi! My name is Renee Davidson and I am so excited to jump into this blogging thing. Before I share why I’m writing, let me tell you a little bit about me. I am a passionate about Jesus. I love to worship and soak in God’s Presence. I have been married for 22 years and have 3 amazing teenagers that give me lots of opportunities to practice the fruit of the Spirit. I love to eat yummy food, travel, play tennis and have deep conversations with friends.

In the Fall of 2018, I launched Made 2 Roar which came out of my own personal journey for healing and freedom. Back in 2009, I started experiencing chronic migraines and other unexplained medical issues. My entire life was consumed with these issues leaving me incapable of caring for my husband and kids.

Initially, I turned to multiple neurologists, holistic doctors and chiropractors for help. I went to Mayo Clinic to get answers but didn’t get any. I tried eastern medicine, naturopathic remedies, dental therapies, etc.. I tried everything! I spent more money than I would like to admit on all these things without any relief from the pain. Instead of getting better, things only got worse.

Desperate for answers, I spent hours in prayer, Scripture, sermons and books seeking answers for healing. God deepened my relationship with the Holy Spirit and introduced me to the idea that there are spiritual roots to disease such as fear, anger, unforgiveness, rejection, etc.. Through a series of events and people, God supernaturally healed me. I no longer need the five medications and have been migraine free since 2011. The Lord used what the enemy meant for harm for His good and His glory. He has given me opportunities to share my testimony and see others healed and set free.

My prayer through this blog is that lives would be changed, healed and transformed as I write about what God puts on my heart.

May my testimony and these before and after pictures bring you hope that nothing is impossible for God. “Not one promise from God is empty of power, for nothing is impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37 TPT)
